Shipping policy

 

Thanks for your interest in our products.

 

We ship our products through UPS and USPS delivery services, guaranteeing security and coverage to the destination. Shipments take 3 to 5 business days to arrive starting from payment confirmation, which may take up from one- three  business days.

 

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

All import fees and taxes will be displayed at the checkout. There won't be any additional fees after you receive your package. 




 

Latin Fashion LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was shipped to your address and you have not received it, you should contact UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 or USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777.

 

Latin Fashion LLC offers a one-time exchange (exchanges no refunds) to online customers ONLY. Please realize that the garments should be in perfect condition with stickers & original packaging for the garment to be eligible for exchange. You have 5 days after receiving your item to ship the item back to us. We will examine the product and determine if the product qualifies for a size exchange or not based on the condition of the tags and stickers. If the product does qualify for an exchange you will need to send $9 cash or your phone number to make the payment over the phone for the shipping back to you. 

 

 Please keep in mind all exchanges are subject to  the availability of the desired product. If the desired item is not available, you may select a different item of equal or greater price, or wait until the product is available.
